All areas of the home are thoroughly outlined in an intuitive and user-friendly fashion. Deferred cost items (costly items that will need repairing/replacing in the near future), major concerns, potential safety hazards, and general comments are conveniently summarized in our summary section.
We literally inspect over a thousand items during our inspections. Unlike many other home inspection companies that provide only minimal information about a home, the report our clients receive typically contain about 40 pages of information about the home you are considering buying.
